The average head size is a medium therefore most people wear a medium sized wig cap. Some very petite people that are close to 99 to 100 pounds* wear a size small lace wig cap.
Here are instructions on how to measure your head if you want you lace wig customized.

1-Circumference: Measure your head with a tape measure around your hairline. This measures the distance around your head.
2-Front to Nape: This measures the length of your head from the front to the nape of your neck. Tilt your head back and look up, where your neck bends this is your nape. You want the bottom of the wig to sit right above this area so your wig will not shift
3-Ear to Ear front: This measures your hairline ear to ear. Place the tape measure where you want the unit to begin and end.
4-Ear to Ear over the top: This measures your head for the top of the wig base. Go of the opposite ear. directly across the top of your head to the top edge
5-Temple to Temple around the back: This measures the area from the temples around the middle back of your head to the other temple. This ensures a natural hairline
6-Nape to Nape: This measures the width of your neck. Measure across the neck to the opposite side.

HOW TO ATTACH FULL LACE WIGS
Start out with clean hair. You may corn row hair to the back, wrap hair, or pin hair up into a flat French roll, then place a stocking cap on to prepare for the Full Lace wig or Lace Frontal. Clean the skin around the outer edge of hairline. Remember to clean all the way around with rubbing alcohol. Put the Lace Frontal or Full Lace Front wig on from the back then gently pull forward to see where you want the hair line to fall, (optional), use an eyeliner to mark where the edge of hairline falls, or make a mental note. Flip or fold top half of Lace Frontal or Full Lace wig back, carefully apply a small thin line of adhesive. let dry for approx. 25 minutes... Note: Remember, (a little goes a long way). Carefully pull Lace wig down right past adhesive and gently press down until it is Secured and in place along the forehead. Continue this process behind the ears, wait a few moments (approximately 15-20 minutes) before securing the back flap at the nape of your neck. Once the Lace Frontal or Full Lace wig is secure and dry, you may use a Q-tip along with solvent remover to clean up any residue on skin. Be careful not to get it on the edge where you’ve attached it, as this may cause the Lace Frontal or Full Lace Wig to begin lifting.
HOW TO REMOVE A FULL LACE WIG
These are the first steps that need to be taken when removing a Full Lace Wig. Start out by putting the hair into a high ponytail. The will keep the hair from getting in the way of the removal process.
Take the solvent remover (works best when in a spray bottle), put along the edge of the Lace Wig. Gently massage hairline until glue is moistened. Begin slowly and gently lifting the Full Lace Front wig or Lace Front wig with fingers. If there is an area on the Lace Fronal or Full Lace wig that is not lifting, it means you will need to apply a little more solvent. Repeat these steps all the way around the circumference of the Full Lace wig or Lace Frontal until completely removed. Once the Lace Frontal or Full Lace Front wig is removed, use the solvent and a soft towel to gently remove any residue left on the unit and hairline.
